Before you buy
A direct purchase is binding: access starts immediately, and a simple change of mind gives you no voluntary right of return. This does not affect your statutory rights, the annual plan's success guarantee, or a pro-rata refund if a paid service is discontinued permanently and to a significant extent.
With the 7-day trial you are only charged on day 7, and can cancel any time before that. After that access rolls over automatically into the chosen plan: Monthly CHF 49 per month, Annual CHF 390 per year.
The exam pass is a one-off payment until the exam, available immediately and not offered with a trial. Here too a simple change of mind gives you no voluntary right of return; your statutory rights and a pro-rata refund for a permanent, significant discontinuation are unaffected.

Does my plan renew automatically? Can I cancel?
Only the monthly plan renews, monthly, until you cancel, in a few clicks in the payment portal in your parent account. The annual plan ends automatically after twelve months, no silent renewal; you can see the current status any time in your parent account. The Exam Pass ends by itself the day after the exam. A direct purchase is binding: a simple change of mind gives you no voluntary right of return. This does not affect your statutory rights, the annual plan's success guarantee, or a pro-rata refund if a paid service is discontinued permanently and to a significant extent. How do I pay?
With TWINT, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices in Swiss francs; you'll find receipts and invoices in the payment portal, which you open from your parent account. Your child's access is unlocked immediately after payment.

Is GoGymi suitable for other cantons?
GoGymi is built specifically for the Zurich ZAP, task types, criteria, dates. That focus is our biggest advantage for Zurich families. For other cantons we don't (yet) recommend GoGymi.
